How we approach the work

Find the cause before replacing parts.

A good installation starts before the scale arrives. We review the application, capacity, environment, traffic, power, data needs and future service access, then coordinate the weighing-system work with the other trades involved.

Concrete, excavation, electrical, crane and other trade work may require qualified contractors. We identify coordination needs during planning. Calibration certificates are available only when agreed upon before service. Tell us what records your operation requires when scheduling the visit.

Common questions

Scale Installation FAQs

Have a different setup or symptom? Call us and describe the equipment before scheduling.

How early should Western Scale be involved?

Before concrete, conduit and equipment placement are finalized. Early review can prevent access, drainage, clearance and cable-routing problems.

Do you supply the scale equipment?

We can discuss equipment options and the service scope after reviewing the application, capacity and operating environment.

Is calibration included after installation?

Initial testing and calibration are normally part of putting the system into service. Certificate requirements must be agreed upon before the work.
